We have a simple, streamlined application process, and every application is personally reviewed. If we need additional information, we may contact you with a few questions. Otherwise, if we contact you, it means we are interested in moving forward with a fully paid one-week introductory period. Continued employment is not guaranteed after the first week, but if we move forward together, the week will count toward the 90-day introductory employment period. After successfully completing the 90-day period, employees become eligible for the full benefits offered with their position.
THE PROCESS
POSITIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This entry-level position is ideal for a reliable, motivated person who can perform physical work, has dependable transportation, and wants to build a long-term career. The role consists primarily of assisting equipment operators, performing manual labor, and cleaning, greasing, and caring for equipment, with approximately 30% of the time spent learning to operate machinery. Previous experience is not required, but you should have a goal of advancing into a position such as experienced equipment operator or CDL driver.
GENERAL LABORER —$20-25*
EXPERIENCED EXCAVATOR OPERATOR —$30*
We are looking for an experienced operator who brings strong technical skills and treats an excavator as a precision tool—not simply as a machine for digging and clearing trees. The ideal candidate has experience lifting and positioning large, heavy objects, working safely on slopes, and remaining calm and aware in challenging situations. Candidates must also be willing to learn how to operate a tilt-rotator and become safe, precise, and efficient with specialized attachments and equipment.
We are seeking a dependable Class A CDL driver, ideally with an unrestricted license and the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions. Applicants should clearly identify any restrictions on their license, although a restriction will not automatically disqualify them. In addition to driving, this position requires the flexibility to operate equipment or assist with other work when driving is not needed.
